Slacken 

1. Turn tensioning device (2) clockwise (arrow) at 12- point bolt (3) against spring force until both bores of tensioning device (2) overlap.
2. Arrest clamping device (2) with a pin.

   To do this, insert pin through the overlapping bores of the clamping device (2).

   The poly-V-belt (1) is now relieved.

   Tensioning 

3. Swivel clamping device (2) clockwise (arrow) against the spring force at the 12-point bolt (3) until the pin can be removed.
4. Remove pin and relieve clamping device (2).

Ensure correct installation position of poly-V-belt (1).

Otherwise, belt drive can be damaged.

The poly-V-belt (1) is now relieved.
