Exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) and exhaust gas recirculation valve form a unit.

Clip the new seal (2) onto the bypass flap (1).
Place the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) onto the bypass flap (1), insert the bolts (3) and align the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the bypass flap (1) with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14).
Connect the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) and bypass flap (1) using the assembly bolt M6x15 (4).
Use set of flexible head wrenches.
Pull out screw/bolts (3).
Clip the new seal (5) onto the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14).
Install the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) with bypass flap (1) to the exhaust gas recirculation line (6).
To do so, mount the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) with bypass flap (1) onto the exhaust gas recirculation line (6) and secure with bolts (3). Lightly tighten screw/bolts (3) by hand. The exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) must lie with zero clearance on the exhaust gas recirculation line (6).
Clip the new seal (7) onto the bypass flap (1).
Mount the exhaust gas recirculation cooler (8) on the bypass flap (1) and secure with two bolts (9).
Lightly tighten the bolts (9) by hand.
Align the exhaust gas recirculation cooler (8) with the brackets (10, 11) and secure with a bolt (13) and spherical head support (12).
Lightly tighten the bolt (13) and spherical head support (12) by hand.

If necessary,

Align the exhaust gas recirculation cooler (8) and exhaust gas recirculation valve with the clamp (14) with bypass flap (1) to the brackets (10, 11).
Unscrew the bolts (9, 13) and spherical head support (12) and remove the exhaust gas recirculation cooler (8).
No longer change the installation position of the exhaust gas recirculation valve with the exhaust gas recirculation positioner (14) and bypass flap (1) with respect to the exhaust gas recirculation line (6).
Tighten the screws (3) and assembly bolt M6x15 (4)
Assembly bolt M6x15 (4) can remain for later assembly work.
