Remove/Install Cover Of Right Cylinder Head Cover - Ar01.20-D-5017TSV

Engine 642 in model 907 

	Risk of injury  to skin and eyes due to handling of engine oil. Risk of poisoning  caused by swallowing engine oil	Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. Do not fill engine oil into beverage containers.	AS18.00-Z-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Remove engine cover		AR01.10-D-2405TSV
2	Remove electrical wiring harness (1) from cover (6)	: Ensure that the electrical wiring harness (1) is correctly routed.
3	Unhook coolant hose (2) from bracket
4	Remove screw/bolt (3)	Screw, engine oil filler neck to holder	*BA01.20-N-1008-01O
5	Remove filler neck (4)	To do this, turn the filler neck (4) to the left and remove upward. : Check sealing ring. Depending on findings ↓ Replace sealing ring.
6	Unscrew cap (5) from the filler neck (4)
7	Attach cap (5) to filler opening of the cylinder head cover
8	Unclip cover (6) upward together with insulation (8) and remove	: Position insulation (8) in the cover (6) correctly. Engage mounts (7) of the cover (6) in the ball heads on the cylinder head and cylinder head cover.
9	Install in the reverse order
