Model 907 with rear axle 741.422/453/454/455/456 

1. Burst thrust ring (1).

   To do so, use a chisel.

2. Remove thrust ring (1).
3. Heat up new thrust ring (1) using heat gun to approx. 80 °C.
4. Slide on new thrust ring (1) up to end stop on axle tube.

   Do not mix up left and right side thrust ring (1). If not properly fitted a leakage will occur.

   Apply colored marking to thrust ring (1) on right side at chamfer.

   The thrust ring (1) has a swirl, which returns oil through the sealing lip of the radial shaft sealing ring.
