The next steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle on model 907.733 and must be performed in a similar manner for vehicles with damage on the right side of the vehicle.

1. Install front vehicle floor (1), fit and fix in place.

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Clamping pliers (Standard)

2. Front vehicle floor (1) (areas A and B).
3. Front vehicle floor (1) (areas C, D, E, F, and G).
4. Surface grind inert gas plug welds (areas C, D, E, F, and G).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Angular grinder

5. Remove shavings.

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

6. Front vehicle floor (1) (areas H, I, J, K, and L).
7. Surface grind inert gas plug welds (areas H, I, J, K, and L).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Angular grinder

8. Remove shavings.

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

9. Front vehicle floor (1) (area M).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between.

   Heat distortion is reduced as a result.

10. Surface grind inert gas weld (area M).

    Commercially available devices/tools 

    Angular grinder

11. Remove shavings.
