The following operation steps are shown for model 907.633.

1. Install, fit and fix in place rear-end center section inner part (1).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Clamping pliers (Standard)

2. Rear-end center section inner part (1) (areas B, C, D, E, F and G).
3. Rear-end center section inner part (1) (areas H, I, J, K, L₁ , L₂ , M₁ , M₂ , N₁ and N₂ ).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between.

   Heat distortion is reduced as a result.

4. Surface-grind inert gas welds (areas H, I, J, K and L).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Angular grinder

5. Remove shavings.

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

6. Rear-end center section inner part (1) (areas P and O).
7. Rear-end center section inner part (1) (area Q).
8. Rear-end center section inner part (1) (area R).

   Inert gas weld in intervals and allow to cool down in between.

   Heat distortion is reduced as a result.

9. Surface-grind inert-gas plug welds (area Q).

   Commercially available devices/tools 

   Angular grinder

10. Remove shavings.

    Commercially available devices/tools 

    Wet and dry vacuum cleaner

11. Model 907.6/7

    Apply seam seal to soundproofing (2) (area S) and soundproofing (3) (area T).

    Commercially available devices/tools 

    Squeeze gun

12. Model 907.6/7 Install soundproofings (2, 3) in rear-end center section inner part (1).
