	Remove/install
1	Switch off ignition.
2	Extract brake fluid from brake fluid reservoir (1).	Commercially available devices/tools  Extraction bellows
3	Mark assignment of hydraulic lines (2, 3).
4	Remove hydraulic lines (2).	Seal connections and hydraulic lines (2) with suitable stop plugs. Retaining screw, brake line to hydraulic unit	*BA42.10-N-1003-14TS

5	Remove hydraulic lines (3). Note on calculation of tightening torque when using insertion or socket tools with various effective lengths	Seal connections and hydraulic lines (3) with suitable stop plugs.	AH00.00-P-0015-01CW

6	Disconnect electrical connector (4).
7	Pull hydraulic unit (5) with holder (6) out of guides (7) and remove.	Guides (7) remain in the vehicle.
8	Remove holder (6) from hydraulic unit (5).	If hydraulic unit (5) is replaced. Remove bolt (8) to do this. Bolt, hydraulic unit to bracket	*BA42.30-N-1001-03TS
9	Install in the reverse order
10	Bleed brake system.		AR42.10-D-0010TS
