The next steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle for model 907.733 and must be similarly performed on the right side of the vehicle in the event of damage.

1. Separate weld seams on crash box (1) (areas A and B).
2. Remove damaged crash box (1).
3. Grind down mating surfaces to bare metal in cross-hatched areas.
4. Remove shavings.
