The constant changes in the service organization mean that is it not always possible to keep the email distributor list up-to-date for advance forwarding of new Service information bulletins (SI). This is why the database has to be checked and matched at regular intervals. If your email address has changed or if additional recipients are to be added to the list, we would ask you to send the new/changed data, in German or English only, by email to the following address:

SI-PKW@daimler.com 

The email address is valid across all divisions.

This service is free of charge. In addition to your email address, enter the following details:

• Last name, first name
