	Remove/install
1	Disconnect ground line at the on-board electrical system battery		AR54.10-P-0003LF
2	Remove front engine compartment paneling		AR61.20-P-1105LF
3	Remove bolt (1)	When removing left frontal acceleration sensor (B48/1). Bolt, frontal acceleration sensor to bumper cross member	*BA91.60-P-1007-01I
4	Disconnect electrical connector (2) and remove left frontal acceleration sensor (B48/1)	When removing left frontal acceleration sensor (B48/1).
5	Remove screw/bolt (3) and clamp (4)	MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 278 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 642 with CODE 550 (Trailer coupling) When removing right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2).
6	Disconnect electrical connector (5)	MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 278 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 642 with CODE 550 (Trailer coupling) When removing right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2).
7	Position charge air cooler circulation pump (M44) downwards until the right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2) is accessible	MODEL 222 with ENGINE 277 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 278 MODEL 222 with ENGINE 642 with CODE 550 (Trailer coupling) When removing right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2).
8	Remove screw (6)	When removing right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2). Bolt, frontal acceleration sensor to bumper cross member	*BA91.60-P-1007-01I
9	Disconnect electrical connector (7) and remove right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2)	When removing right frontal acceleration sensor (B48/2).
10	Install in the reverse order
