| 1 | Switch off ignition | ||
| 2 | Push down brake pedal several times | ||
| 3 | Remove front engine cover | ||
| 4 | Release and disconnect vacuum line (1) at the vacuum pump (M56) | ||
| 5 | Cut cable tie (2) | ||
| 6 | Disconnect electrical connection (3) | ||
| 7 | Detach retaining clip (4) | ||
| 8 | Unscrew bolts (5) and remove vacuum pump (M56) together with bracket (6) | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order | ||
| 10 | Reset operational life for vacuum pump (M56) using Star Diagnosis | When replacing vacuum pump (M56) | |
