In the event of damage, the bonding area on the body may only be repaired by using a primer stick, and it must be absolutely free of dust and grease.
Otherwise, paint adhesion problems may arise during adhesive bonding.
- Cut back any adhesive residue on the body using a suitable scraping tool, and remove any loose adhesive material.
Carefully cut back adhesive residue.
Otherwise the paint can be damaged.
- Clean bonding area (1) at body with the cleaning cloth included in the repair kit and then wipe again using a dry cloth.
- Touch up paint damage in bonding area (1) with primer stick.
