Tension Rear Axle Spring - AR32.20-P-0202-06LFS

  1. SPECIAL TOOL Insert clamping plate (06) and SPECIAL TOOL clamping plate (07) into rear axle spring (1).

    IMPORTANTSPECIAL TOOL Insert the clamping plates (06, 07) in such a way that as many spring coils as possible can be pre-compressed.

  2. SPECIAL TOOL Insert tensioning device (08) from below through spring control arm (4) into SPECIAL TOOL clamping plates (06, 07) and lock in SPECIAL TOOL clamping plate (06).

    NOTES Make sure that the SPECIAL TOOL tensioning device (08) is seated correctly in the clamping plate (06) (arrows). It could otherwise slip off.

  3. Tension rear axle spring (1).

    IMPORTANT Do not use an impact wrench.

  4. Unclamp in the reverse order

    INSTALLATION IMPORTANT When inserting the rear axle spring (1) ensure that the metal plate (3) and spring seat (2) are correctly seated.
