	Risk of accident from vehicle starting off by itself when engine running. Risk of injury (bruises and burns) resulting from working on the engine while it is being started or when it is running.	Secure vehicle to prevent it from starting off by itself. Wear closed and snug-fitting work clothes. Do not touch hot or rotating parts.	AS00.00-Z-0005-01A

	Remove/install
1	Empty AIRmatic using diagnostic system
			AD00.00-P-2000-04B
2	Remove front left fender liner		AR88.10-P-1300LF
3	Detach electrical connector (1) at AIRmatic valve unit (Y36/6)
4	Unscrew pressure lines (2) from AIRmatic valve unit (Y36/6) and seal pressure lines (2) using stop plugs	Mark pressure lines (2) relative to AIRmatic valve unit (Y36/6). Do not interchange pressure lines (2).
		Pressure line to air compressor/valve block	*BA32.22-P-1006-03F
		Record plug If the pressure line connection or pressure line are damaged: ↓ Repair AIRmatic pressure line or pressure line connection.	Fig 4

		Compressor rubber guide damaged. ↓ Replace compressor rubber guide
7	Install in the reverse order
8	Read out fault memory and erase if necessary

9	Check AIRmatic for leaks		AR32.22-P-8100LF
10	Perform an engine test run and check for proper operation
