	Remove/install
1	Remove fuse 4 from fuse box I, rear right wheel well
	Risk of death  caused by vehicle slipping or toppling off of the lifting platform. Raise vehicle with vehicle lift	Align vehicle between vehicle lift columns and position the four support plates at the vehicle lift support points specified by the vehicle manufacturer.	AS00.00-Z-0010-01A
3	Secure center armor plate (2) against falling down and detach from underfloor	Helper required.
		Screw/bolt, armor plate to armor plate/undercarriage	*BA61.40-P-1003-01D
4	Lower center armor plate (2) until threaded connections on extinguishing agent line (6) are accessible	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
5	Disconnect left and right extinguishing agent lines (6) at threaded connections	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Threaded connections for extinguishing agent lines	*BA86.10-P-1003-01B
6	Remove center armor plate (2)	Helper required.
7	Remove center spray nozzles (4) from center armor plate (2)	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system) When replacing center armor plate (2).
		Bolt, nozzle holder to armor plate	*BA86.10-P-1004-01B
8	Secure left front armor plate (1) or night front armor plate (10) against falling down and remove	Screw/bolt, armor plate to armor plate/undercarriage	*BA61.40-P-1003-01D
9	Remove front spray nozzle (5) from left front armor plate (1) and right front armor plate (10)	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system) When replacing left front armor plate (1) and right front armor plate (10).
		Bolt, nozzle holder to armor plate	*BA86.10-P-1004-01B
10	Remove rear fire extinguishing agent temperature sensor (8) from rear armor plate (3) and secure with wire or cable tie on underfloor	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system) Ensure that electrical wiring harness is routed without tension to rear fire extinguishing agent temperature sensor (8) and without pinching o chafing. Otherwise a malfunction of the fire extinguishing system may occur.
11	Secure rear armor plate (3) against falling down
12	Lower rear armor plate (3) until nozzle holder of rear spray nozzles (7) is accessible	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Screw/bolt, armor plate to armor plate/undercarriage	*BA61.40-P-1003-01D
13	Remove nozzle holder of rear spray nozzles (7) from rear armor plate (3)	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
		Bolt, nozzle holder to armor plate	*BA86.10-P-1004-01B
14	Secure nozzle holder of rear spray nozzles (7) on underfloor with wire or cable tie	Model 222.1/9 with code Z07 (B7 armoring on special protection version) with code Z21 (Fire extinguishing system)
15	Remove rear armor plate (3)	Helper required.
16	Install in the reverse order
