	Remove/install
1.1	Detach brake caliper (1) with connected brake hose from front axle and place to one side	When removing brake disk (3) on front axle	AR42.10-P-0070LF
		Do not tension or kink brake hose. Otherwise the brake hose will be damaged.
1.2	Remove brake linings on rear axle	Model 217, 222 except code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) When removing brake disk (3) from rear axle
		The brake caliper support does not have to be removed to remove the brake disk (3).	AR42.10-P-1700LF
1.3	Remove brake linings and brake caliper supports from rear axle	Model 217, 222 with code B07 (AMG - ceramic brake system) When removing brake disk (3) from rear axle
		Do not detach brake hose from brake caliper.	AR42.10-P-0080LF
2	Unscrew safety screw (2) and remove brake disk (3)	Replace brake disks (3) in pairs only.
		Bolt, front axle brake disk to wheel hub	*BA42.10-P-1001-06I
		Screw, rear axle brake disk to wheel carrier/wheel hub	*BA42.10-P-1003-06I
3	Install in the reverse order

4	Check condition of brake disk (3)

	Clean
5	Clean contact surface and interference fit of brake disk (3)	Assembly cleaner	*BR00.45-Z-1028-04A
6	Apply thin layer of grease on interference fit of brake disk (3)	Only grease the interference fit; there should be no grease between brake disk (3) and wheel hub. Paste, hot lubrication 1 kg, DBL 6879.20	*BR00.45-Z-1005-06A
