Remove/Install Crank Window In Front Door - AR72.10-P-1900LF

	Remove
1	Remove door lining from left or right front door		AR72.10-P-1000LF
2	Remove inner sealing rail (2)	Carefully lift inner sealing rail (2) out of bead on inner door panel. Otherwise the inner sealing rail (2) can bend and must be replaced.

3	Remove both rubber grommets (3, 4) from door module (7)
4	Connect electrical wiring harness on removed door lining to left front door control unit and right front door control unit
5	Open crank window (1) until bolts (5, 6) are accessible through assembly openings in door module (7)
6	Disconnect electrical wiring harness on removed door lining from left front door control unit or right front door control unit
7	Unscrew screws/bolts (5, 6)
8	Tilt crank window (1) toward rear upward and remove upward from window channel on front door
	Install
9	Insert crank window (1)	Slide crank window (1) down until it makes contact in mounts. Simultaneously slide crank window (1) to stop into rear window guide seal (arrows).
10	Tighten bolts (5, 6)	Bolt, side window to window lifter at front	*BA72.10-P-1006-01V
		Bolt, side window to window lifter at rear	*BA72.10-P-1007-01V
11	Install both rubber grommets (3, 4) in door module (6)
12	Connect electrical wiring harness on removed door lining to left front door control unit and right front door control unit
13	Roll down crank window (1)
14	Disconnect electrical wiring harness on removed door lining from left front door control unit or right front door control unit
15	Install inner sealing rail (2)	Moisten rubber strip on inner sealing rail (2) with lubricant.
		Lubricant, rubber assembly 1 L	*BR00.45-Z-1010-06A
16	Install door lining		AR72.10-P-1000LF
17	Check for proper function and synchronize power window
