- Fill up hydraulic fluid in expansion reservoir to halfway.
- Actuate button (1) on valve unit (3) and fully close side window.
- Actuate button (2) on valve unit (3) and keep pressed until side window has moved into catch of power window.
- Switch on ignition (circuit 15).
Pressure reservoir of power window is filled when ignition is switched on (circuit 15).
- Switch off circuit 15.
- Unscrew vent screw (5) on expansion reservoir (4).
- Actuate button (1) on valve unit (3) and keep pressed, at the same time briefly press button (2) on valve unit (3) several times.
Collect escaping oil in a suitable vessel.
By briefly pressing button (2) on valve unit (3) several times, the oil is delivered from the pressure reservoir to expansion reservoir (4) and the hydraulic system is vented.
The venting process must be repeated until oil foam can no longer be seen in expansion reservoir (4).
- Actuate button (2) on valve unit (3) and fully open side window.
The oil level must be in the lower area (arrow B) when the side window is opened.
If oil level is not in lower area (arrow B).

Correct oil level.
- Actuate button (1) on valve unit (3) and fully close side window.
The oil level must be in the upper area (arrow A) when the side window is closed.
If oil level is not in upper area (arrow A).
↓
Correct oil level.
