Remove/Install Front Door Hinge - AR72.10-P-2660LFS

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Remove/install front door		AR72.10-P-0500LFS
2	Mark installation position of top A-pillar hinge leaf (1.0) and top door hinge leaf (1.1)	When removing upper hinge.
3	Mark installation position of bottom A-pillar hinge leaf (2.0) and bottom door hinge leaf (2.1)	When removing lower hinge.
4	Unscrew bolts (3) and remove upper A-pillar hinge leaf (1.0)	When removing upper hinge.
		Bolt, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01Y
5	Unscrew bolts (4) and remove lower A-pillar hinge leaf (2.0)	When removing lower hinge.
		Bolt, hinge to A-pillar	*BA72.10-P-1002-01Y
6	Unscrew bolts (5) and remove top door hinge leaf (1.1)	When removing upper door hinge leaf
		Bolt, hinge to front door	*BA72.10-P-1001-01Y
7	Unscrew bolts (6) and remove bottom door hinge leaf (2.1)	When removing lower door hinge leaf
		Bolt, hinge to front door	*BA72.10-P-1001-01Y
8	Install in the reverse order
