Install Outer Sidewall - Ar63.10-P-0805-03GQ

1. Install outer side wall (1), trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal and fit.
2. Check and adjust gap dimensions.
3. Fix outer side wall (1) in place.
4. Remove trunk lid, taillamps and rubber seal.
5. Drill 0 6.7 mm rivet holes on outer side wall (1) (area L).
6. Remove outer sidewall (1).
7. Deburr rivet holes on outer side wall (1) on both sides.
8. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
9. Install rubber window spacers from glazing repair kit as spacers on outer rear wheel well at uniform intervals.
10. Apply sealant to outer rear wheel well, C-pillar, D-pillar and foam parts (areas M₁ , M₂ , M₃ , M₄ , M₅ and N).

    On model 166.8 apply sealant only on foam parts in areas M₅ , M₆ and N.

11. Install outer side wall (1), fit and fix in place.
12. Rivet outer side wall with (1) with Polygrip 0 6.4 x 14 counter-sunk headrivets (area S).
13. Outer side wall (1) (areas O, P, Q, T, U, V and W).
14. Outer side wall (1) (areas R₁ and R₂ ).
15. Clean welds on outer side wall (1).
16. Grind inert gas welds down flat.
17. Solder surface on outer side wall (1) in areas R₁ and R₂ with body solder and smooth.
18. Remove shavings and drill chips.
