Remove/Install Paneling Of Rear Seat Backrest - AR91.12-P-1131GZ

MODEL 164, 166 40 % rear seat

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Fold 40 % rear seat backrest to front IMPORTANT Fold up rear seat cushion first.  
2.1 Unclip coverings of cargo retainers (1) and unscrew concealed bolt Cargo retainers must be removed
IMPORTANT Only model 164.1.
 
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Bolt, cargo retainers to body *BA68.50-P-1001-03F 
2.2 Unclip coverings of cargo retainers (1) and unscrew concealed bolt Cargo retainers must be removed  
3.1 Unclip load compartment floor (2) and remove Load compartment floor must be removed
IMPORTANT Only on model 164.1.
 
    SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
3.2 Unclip load compartment floor (2) and remove Load compartment floor must be removed  
4 Unclip coverings (3) of 40 % rear seat backrest SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
5 Pull out rear backrest cover side lip (arrows) on back of the 40 % rear seat backrest SPECIAL TOOL Long wedge Fig 2
6 Remove trim, 40% rear seat backrest (4)    
7 Install in the reverse order
