	Remove/install
	Risk of injury.  Moving parts can pinch, crush or, in extreme cases even sever extremities.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area of mechanical components when moving components.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
	Risk of injury  caused by performing testing or repair work on airbag or emergency tensioning retractor units.	Store airbag units with deployment side facing up; do not expose to temperatures greater than 100°C. When working on these units, disconnect the power supply.	AS91.00-Z-0001-01A

1	Remove rear backrest	Model 166.0 60% rear seat	AR91.12-P-1620GQ
2	Remove screw/bolt on bottom of belt end fitting to rear seat and remove left rear seat	Model 166.8 2nd seat row	AR91.12-P-1000GQ
		Bolt, belt end fitting/seat belt lock, rear seat on body/seat	*BA91.40-P-1007-01R
3	Remove armrest for divided rear backrest		AR91.12-P-1750GQ
4	Remove paneling (6)	To do this, slide paneling (6) upwards and remove.
5	Unhook cover (1) in area of armrest on rear backrest frame and unclip
6	Unclip control lever (2) on rear backrest frame and remove cover (4)	Model 166.0
7	Unclip covers (4a)
8	Remove rear head restraint guides of backrest		AR91.16-P-1775GZ
9	Remove paneling of rear backrest		AR91.12-P-1134GQA
10	Remove (5e) retaining clips	Model 166.8
11	Remove cover (5) and belt guide (5a) from cover (1)	To do this, position long wedge between cover (1) and belt guide (5a) and unclip retaining clips (5b).

12	Remove cover (5) and belt guide (5a) from seat belt	Do not twist seat belt.
13	Unclip retaining clips (5c, 5d) and remove cover (5) from belt guide (5a)	First clip in the retaining clips (5c).
14	Remove cover (1) with assembly wedge (01) from frame of rear backrest	Mounting wedge	Fig 3
15	Remove switch for folding rear seat backrest from rear seat rest	Model 166.8 with code 843 (Electric EASY-ENTRY)
16	Release and disconnect electrical connector (7) from side airbag	Ensure that electrical connector (7) is engaged correctly and electrical line is routed correctly.
17	Disconnect electrical connector from seat heater	Model 166 with code 872 (Heated rear seats)
18	Remove cover (1) and padding from frame of rear backrest	Ensure that pocket (1a) is seated correctly at side airbag.
19	Unhook cover staple wires (1) on padding from retaining clips (3)	Ensure that cover (1) is seated correctly on padding.
20	Install in the reverse order
