Prepare Mating Surfaces On Vehicle For Longitudinal Member Front Section - Ar62.20-P-1260-08GQ

1. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas (areas A, C, H, I and J).

   Sand down spot weld flanges to bare metal on both sides.

2. Grind mating surfaces down to bare metal in crosshatched areas at connection side (areas B, D, E, F, G, K, L, BA, BC and FA).
3. Remove shavings and drill chips.
4. Coat insides of spot welding flanges with zinc dust paint.
