Install Side Reinforcement - Ar62.30-P-1401-03GQ

Shown on model 166.0 

1. Install side reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
2. Drill Ø 6.7 mm rivet holes in side reinforcement (1) (areas H₃ , I and L).
3. Remove side reinforcement (1).
4. Deburr rivet holes on both sides.
5. Coat insides of riveted joints with zinc dust paint.
6. Install front reinforcement (1), fit and fix in place.
7. Rivet side reinforcement (1) with Ø 6.5X12.5 blind rivets (areas H₃ , I and L).
8. Side reinforcement (1) rp (areas G, H₁ , H₂ , J and K).
9. Clean weld joints.
10. Remove shavings and drill chips.
