	Notes on bolted connections with self tapping screws		AH00.00-P-0007-01SF
	Remove/install
1	Disconnect battery ground line		AR54.10-P-0003GZ
2	Remove cover (1) of air intake
3	Unclip and remove cover from engine compartment prefuse box (5)
4	Unscrew nut of electrical line (2) from engine compartment prefuse box (5) and remove electrical line (2)	The nut remains on the electrical line (2). The connection of the electrical line (2) is shape-keyed. Nut, positive line to engine compartment/vehicle interior prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1001-01L
5	Unscrew nuts of electrical lines (8) from engine compartment prefuse box (5) and electrical lines (8)	The connections of the electrical lines (8) are shape-coded. Nut, positive line to engine compartment/vehicle interior prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1001-01L
6	Unscrew jump start connector (4) and remove electrical line (3)	The connection of the electrical line (3) is shape-keyed. Nut (special shape), positive line to jump start connector	*BA54.15-P-1002-01L
7	Detach electrical connection (6)	Press and old lock, then pull out.
8	Unclip and remove cover (7)
9	Unscrew nuts of electrical lines (10) from engine compartment prefuse box (5) and electrical lines (10)	The nuts remain on the electrical lines (10). The connections of the electrical lines (10) are shape-coded. Nut, positive line to engine compartment/vehicle interior prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1001-01L
10	Using suitable tool, release locks (11) towards engine compartment
11	Lift up engine compartment prefuse box (5) and remove from body	Check engine compartment prefuse box (5) is correctly seated on body.
12	Remove cover (9) from electrical lines (12)
13	Detach cable tie from electrical lines (12)	Cable ties must be replaced.
14	Unscrew nuts of electrical lines (12) and remove electrical lines (12)	The nuts remain on the electrical lines (12). Depending on the equipment installed, the number of electrical lines (12) may vary. The connections of the electrical lines (12) are shape-coded.
		Nut, positive line to engine compartment/vehicle interior prefuse box	*BA54.15-P-1001-01L
15	Remove engine compartment prefuse box (5)
16	Install in the reverse order
