	Risk of accident  when commissioning the vehicle due to a lack of braking effect when the service brake is operated for the first time after repair work.	Before starting the engine, actuate brake pedal several times until pressure is built up and maintained in the brake system.	AS42.50-Z-0002-01A
	Risk of poisoning  from swallowing brake fluid. Risk of injury  from skin and eye contact with brake fluid	Only pour brake fluid into suitable and appropriately marked containers. Wear protective clothing and eye protection when handling brake fluid.	AS42.50-Z-0001-01A

	Remove
1	Remove left rear engine compartment trim (3).	Model 166, 292
	Clean
2	Clean area surrounding cap (2) and expansion reservoir (1).
	Remove
3	Unscrew cap (2).
4	Extract brake fluid from expansion reservoir (1).
5	Add new brake fluid up to the max. marking in the expansion reservoir (1).
6	Connect filling and bleeding unit to expansion reservoir (1) and switch on.	Note operating instructions for filling and bleeding unit. Damage can otherwise occur.
	Change fluid
7	Lift vehicle with lifting platform.

8	Renew brake fluid.

		Bleed screw to brake caliper If vent screw is not accessible: ↓ Detach/attach wheel and tire assemblies. After obtaining special order.	*BA42.10-P-1001-12L

9	Check brake system for leaks.

	Install
10	Lower vehicle with vehicle lift.
11	Disconnect filling and bleeding unit.
12	Screw on cap (2).
	Check
13	Check fluid level in expansion reservoir (1).		AP42.10-P-4210GZ
