Remove/Install Belt Drive Components - AR13.20-P-0001GQA

ENGINES 651 in MODEL 166 

	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by moving parts that can pinch, crush  or, in extreme cases, even sever  extremities	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating range of the mechanism when moving components.	AS00.00-Z-0009-01A
	Risk of accident  caused by vehicle starting off by itself when engine is running. Risk of injury  caused by contusions and burns during starting procedure or when working near the engine as it is running	Secure vehicle to prevent it from moving by itself. 1	Remove engine trim panel
2	Remove engine air intake duct and turbocharger cooling duct upstream of air filter housing
3	Remove belt drive cover (9)	Detach cover for upper belt drive cover to the front and upwards.
4	Remove screw/bolts (11) and lift out v-belt drive cover bracket (10)
5	Loosen poly-V belt (1) and remove	Do not use belt wax or any similar products. This can lead to slipping of the poly-V belt (1) otherwise.	AR13.22-P-3902-01T
	Pin for locking poly-V belt tensioning device		WF58.50-P-1325-02A
	Checking
6	Check profile of belt pulley and tensioning device (2) for damage and soiling
7	Check poly-V belt (1) for damage and wear and replace if necessary		AP13.22-P-1352EW
9	Tighten tensioning device (2) and lock in place with a drift	When removing tensioning device (2)	AR13.22-P-3902-01T
10	Remove screw/bolts (4) and take off tensioning device (2)	When removing tensioning device (2).	*BA13.25-P-1001-01W
	Checking
11	Check clamping device (2) for damage and soiling; replace if necessary
12	Remove drift and slacken clamping device (2)	When replacing the clamping device (2).
13	Remove spring/bolt (6) and guide pulley (5)		*BA13.25-P-1002-01W
14	Install belt drive cover bracket (10) for belt drive cover (9)
15	Install belt drive cover (9)
16	Install engine air intake duct and turbocharger cooling duct upstream of air filter housing
17	Install in the reverse order
18	Carry out engine test run
