REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1.1 Fold up and hook rear trunk floor (1). Model 205.0/1/3

except code ME04 (Mild hybrid drive)

1.2 Remove rear trunk floor (1) or rear load compartment. Model 205.2

2 Detach ground line of on-board electrical system battery.   AR54.10-P-0003LW
3.1 Open service flap (2) and push luggage compartment well cover (3) to one side until the rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) is accessible. Model 205.0/1/2

3.2 Remove luggage compartment well cover (3). Model 205.4

4.1 Release housing (4) with rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) and remove from holder (5). Model 205.0/1/2/3

4.2 Unscrew screw (14), pull housing (4) with rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) forward out of mounts (arrows) of holder (5) and remove. Model 205.4

5 Turn over housing (4) with rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) and remove screws (6).    
6 Unclip rear fuse and relay module (K40/5) from housing (4) using a suitable tool on the catch hooks (7) and remove housing (4).    
7 Remove cable ties (8). INSTALLATION IMPORTANT : Replace cable ties (8).  
8 Unclip fuse holders (9, 10) and place to one side. IMPORTANT The number of fuse holders (9, 10) may vary depending on the vehicle equipment.  
9 Disconnect electrical connectors (11) at rear fuse and relay module (K40/5). IMPORTANT The number of electrical connections (11) may vary, depending on the vehicle equipment involved.  
10 Unscrew nut (12) and place electric line to one side. TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive line to rear fuse and relay module *BA54.15-P-1001-01K 
11 Unscrew nut (13) and place electric line to one side. If installed.  
    TORQUE SPECIFICATION Nut, positive line to rear fuse and relay module *BA54.15-P-1001-01K 
12 Remove rear fuse and relay module (K40/5).    
13 Change all fuses and relays. When replacing the rear fuse and relay module (K40/5).  
14 Install in the reverse order
