| 1 | Disconnect charging cable connector of high-voltage on-board electrical system and wait 30 s until power-down is complete. | If high-voltage on-board electrical system is charged via a charging cable connector. | |

| 3 | Switch off ignition and store transmitter key outside of transmission range (min. 2 m). | ||
| 4 | Remove cover (1) and expose on-board electrical system battery (G1). | ||
