- Stick self-adhesive felt strip 40 2 mm to upper side control unit (1).
- Stick Velcro strips (7) to underside of illuminated door sill molding.
- Detach carrier foils from Velcro strips (7).
- Stick control unit for illuminated door sill molding (1) onto footrest.
Black 18-pin connector socket (2.4) of illuminated door sill molding wiring harness is connected to illuminated door sill molding control unit (1) at a later point in time.
