	Notes on self-locking nuts and bolts		AH00.00-N-0001-01A
	Remove/install
1	Move steering column tube (4) forward and up
2	Remove steering column tube module		AR54.25-P-2802NKB
3	Remove lower steering shaft (1)		AR46.10-P-0500-01NKB
		Clamp screw, steering coupling to rack-and-pinion steering	*BA46.10-P-1001-01H
4	Remove driver kneebag	MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with CODE 294 (Kneebag)

5	Detach electrical connection from electric steering lock control unit	MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with TRANSMISSION 711
			AR46.10-P-0920NKB
6	Remove bolts (2, 3) from steering column tube (4)	Bolt, jacket tube to crossmember	BA46.10-P-1001-03I
7	Take off and remove steering column tube (4) from crossmember	When removing the steering column tube (4) make sure that the surrounding panels are not damaged. Otherwise the panels will have to be replaced. Check steering column tube (4) is correctly seated.
8	Convert electric steering lock control unit	MODEL 117, 156, 176, 242, 246 with TRANSMISSION 711 When replacing the steering column tube (4)

9	Install in the reverse order
