| 2 | Unclip coolant expansion reservoir and place with attached lines to one side | ||
| 3 | Disconnect electrical connection (3) radiator shutters actuator (Y84) and put down onto engine | If installed | |
| 4 | Unclip electrical line for "circuit B+" for alternator from fan unit (20) | ||
| 5 | Remove engine air intake duct (1) upstream of air filter | ENGINE 607 in MODEL 117, 156, 176, 246 | AR09.10-P-1150ORA |

| 6 | Detach vacuum hose (2) from radiator shutters actuator (Y84) and put down onto engine | If installed | |
| 7 | Disconnect electrical connection (4) for fan motor, unclip from fan unit (20) and set aside | ||
| 8 | Remove both holders (5) of cooler (19) on front area module | ||
| 9 | Swivel radiator package in engine direction, unclip fan unit (20) at cooler (19) and remove upwards | ||
| 10 | Install in the reverse order |
