	Remove
1	Open front door
2	Unclip sealing rail shaped part (3) and window guide rail shaped part (4) from inner door panel (2) until door frame seal (1) can be removed
3	Remove door frame seal (1) from inner door panel (2)
4	Remove adhesive residues from inner door panel (2) with surface conditioning disk and clean bonding surface
	Notes on removing adhesive residues and foils on paint and metal surfaces with surface conditioning disks		AH00.00-P-0013-01AK
		Stripe off wheel, Ø 100 mm, with mounting shaft, 3M Deutschland GmbH D-41453 Neuss Bonding surface must be free of grease and dust.

	Install
5	Shorten door frame seal (1)	To shorten, lay old door frame seal and on top of new door frame seal (1). Start cutting new door frame seal (1) at end opposite  joining element.
6	Loosen spacer strips (6) approx. 2 cm at one end of the new door frame seal (1)	This facilitates removal of the spacer strips (6) after gluing on the door frame seal (1).
7	Detach protective foil (5) approx. 5 cm	Detach protective foil (5) on side of door sealing frame (1), glued to side of inner door panel (2) to which door lock is fastened.
8	Glue door frame seal (1) to inner door panel (2), then detach protective foil (5) in increments and glue door frame seal (1) up to end of inner door panel (2)	Start at side of inner door panel (2) where door lock is located. Mark inner door panel (2) as orientation aid (arrows). The spacer strips (6) on the door frame seal (1) should make contact without gaps over the entire length of the inner door panel (2).
9	Roll on door frame seal (1) with roller	Roller	Fig 2
10	Completely remove spacer strips (6) from door frame seal (1) starting at detached end
11	Clip sealing rail shaped part (3) and window guide rail shaped part (4) into inner door panel (2)	Ensure that sealing rail shaped part (3) and window guide rail shaped part (4) are seated properly in inner door panel (2). Ensure that end pieces of door frame seal (1) are seated correctly in the corresponding sealing rail shaped part (3) and window guide rail shaped part (4).
12	Close front door
