	Remove/install
	Risk of injury  caused by fingers being jammed or pinched when removing, installing or aligning hoods, doors, trunk lid/rear-end door or sliding roof.	No parts of the body or limbs should be within the operating area when the components are moving.	AS00.00-Z-0011-01A
1	Unclip cover strip (2) in armrest	Carefully unclip cover strip (2) from catch hooks (3) with suitable tool. Lift catch hook (4) from bottom and guide out of armrest. Danger of breaking cover strip (2). Ensure that catch hook (4) is correctly seated armrest.
2	Remove bolts (5)
3	Unclip door lining (1) starting at height of outside mirror up to below door lock	Carefully unclip door lining (1) by hand. The door lining (1) can be damaged when using the assembly wedge. Ensure that door lining (1) is seated correctly in inner sealing frame and in lugs (12) of mirror triangle cover (13). Reach between door lining (1) and crank window with finger tips supporting knuckles on crank window and unclip door lining (1) with short and firm jerk in area of mirror triangle cover (13). Then carefully unclip door lining (1) in direction of A-pillar below door lock.
4	Pull bracket (6) out of door lining (1) and hold in this position
5	Detach door lining (1) at remaining clips and remove until Bowden cable (7) on inner door handle (10) can be separated	Guide lock button out of door lining (1).
6	Remove Bowden cable (7) from bracket (8)
7	Unhook hook (9) on Bowden cable (7) from door handle (10)
8	Disconnect electrical connector from slots (A) of left front door control unit (N69/1) or right front door control unit (N69/2)

9	Remove door lining (1)
10	Check clips (11) for damage, replace if necessary
11	Install in the reverse order
