Attach assembly device (1) to assembly stand (2) and tighten screws.
Replace adapters of assembly device with adapters.
Attach carrier plate on left side using bores no. 16 and no. 17. Carrier plate 725 589 04 31 02 Mount 725 589 04 31 04.
The position numbers for the bores are located on the respective holders.
Attach carrier plate on right side using bores no. 3 and no. 4. Carrier plate 725 589 04 31 03 Mount 725 589 04 31 04.
The position numbers for the bores are located on the respective holders.
Attach carrier plate on lower side using bores no. 11 and no. 12, then use mount (3) 724 589 04 40 20 from set 724 589 04 40 00 and attach to holder (11) 725 589 04 31 01.
The position numbers for the bores are located on the respective holders.
Release locking lever (6) and open assembly device (1).

Attach lifting device (9), as shown, to transmission housing.
The opening handle must be on the right in the direction of travel.

Otherwise, the mount's lock cannot be locked.

Check for correct seating of lifting device (9) in the cutouts on the transmission housing (arrow) then check by shaking the lifting device (9). Otherwise, the transmission slips out of the lifting device (9).
Attach transmission using lifting device (9) to boom crane.

Release holders (4) and unlock retainers (5) on holders (4).
Move transmission into assembly device (1) and position on holder (3).
The lock on the holder (3) must be locked. Otherwise, the position on the holders (4) will not be correct.
Close assembly device (1) and lock the locking lever (6).
Position bracket (4) onto transmission until retainers (5) latch completely and audibly into place.
Tighten bolts (10).
Detach lifting device (9) from transmission.
