- Glue velcro strips (9) to bottom on illuminated Mercedes star control unit (3) as shown.
The bonding surfaces must be free of dust and grease.
- Remove carrier foils from velcro strips (9).
- Glue illuminated Mercedes star control unit (3) on the side of driver side footwell as shown.
Ensure that the wiring harnesses are not damaged by chafing or pinching.
Otherwise the corresponding wiring harness must be replaced.
