Use only paint and paint system approved by Daimler AG. The following operation steps are shown on the left roof spoiler and can be accomplished analogously on the right roof spoiler.
- Mask crosshatched areas at edge of contour on roof spoiler (1).
Ensure that no paint or paint fog reaches the crosshatched surfaces of the roof spoiler (1).
- Paint roof spoiler (1) according to painting guidelines of Daimler AG and paint outside of roof spoiler (1) to match color of car.
- Remove masking material from roof spoiler (1) after paint is cured.
