Remove/Install Low-Temperature Circuit Radiator/Cooler - AR09.41-P-6936MRI

CAUTION Risk of injury  caused by scraping or cutting body parts on sharp vehicle parts Always wear protective gloves when working on or near sharp and non-deburred vehicle parts.
Deburr repair panels.

WARNING Risk of injury  to skin and eyes suffering scalding from contact with hot coolantspray. Risk of poisoning  from swallowing coolant. Do not open cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers.
Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses.

REMOVINGINSTALLING Remove/install     
1 Drain off coolant.   AR20.00-P-1142MRI
2 Unclip condenser from brackets (5) and secure against falling down with lines connected.   AR83.30-P-6540MRI
3 Remove coolant hose (2) from cooler (1).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
4 Remove coolant hose (3) from cooler (1).   AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ
5 Open catches (4) and remove cooler (1) from brackets (5).    
6 Install in the reverse order.
