	Remove/install
1	Discharge air conditioning system.		AR83.30-P-1760LW
2	Remove front left wheel and tire assembly.		AR40.10-P-1102A
3	Remove front section of left front fender liner.	Only install front section of left front fender liner after leak test.	AR88.10-P-1300LW
4	Release and disconnect electrical connection (3).
5	Remove refrigerant lines (4, 5) from electric expansion valve (1) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	Install new seal and wet with compressor oil.	BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		Nut, refrigerant line to expansion valve	*BA83.30-P-1003-01Q

6	Remove electric expansion valve (1) from evaporator (2) and seal openings with suitable stop plugs.
	Compressor oils (specification 362.1)	Install new seal and wet with compressor oil.	BB00.40-P-0362-01A
		Bolt, expansion valve to retaining plate	*BA83.30-P-1005-01Q

7	Install in the reverse order.
