Risk of poisoning from swallowing coolant. | Do not open Cooling system unless coolant temperature is below 90°C. Open cap slowly and release the pressure. Do not pour coolant into beverage containers. Wear protective gloves, protective clothing and safety glasses. |

| 1 | Remove air intake pipe. | AR09.10-P-8131MRI | |
| 2 | Drain off coolant. | AR20.00-P-1142MRI | |
| 3 | Release electrical connector (1) and disconnect. | ||
| 4 | Remove screw (2) and remove bracket (3) from coolant thermostat (9). | *BA20.10-P-1005-01CA | |
| 5 | Remove coolant hoses (6, 7) from coolant thermostat (9), place to one side and seal. | AR20.20-P-7441-01RQ | |

| 8 | Detach coolant thermostat (9) from coolant pump and remove. | ||
| 9 | Install in the reverse order. |
