Position clutch on workshop press.
Place thrust device (1) with drifts and thrust cylinder onto clutch pack and apply a force of 600 N to it.
Place parallel gauges (4) onto outer plate carrier.
Place depth gauge (3) on parallel gauges (4), move depth gauge (3) up to end disk (5) and reset depth gauge (3) to 0 mm.

Remove thrust device (1) from disk pack.
Place parallel gauges (4) onto inner plate carrier.
Pull end disk (5) up against retaining ring, move depth gauge (3) up to end disk (5) and read off and note down value.
Compare actual value with specified value from adjustment values table and adjust clearance using corresponding retaining ring.
