| 4 | Check rubber lining of pulse ring (2) for damage | If damage occurs to the rubber lining ↓ Replace pulse ring (2). |

| 5 | Check end cover (5) and radial shaft sealing ring (6) for leaktightness | In the case of leaks on the end cover (5) or the radial shaft sealing ring (6) ↓ Replace end cover (5) with radial shaft sealing ring (6). |
