Attach cutting template (45 or 46) to inside of door panel (47).
Center cutting template (45 or 46) and secure using duct tape.
Mark separation line (broken line) along contours of cutting template (45 or 46).
Remove cutting template (45 or 46).
Make cutout along previously made separation line (broken line).
