Install Center Roof Paneling - Ar65.10-P-1000-07LF

without CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

MODEL 222 

without CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof) 

1. Apply lining glue to body (areas A).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.

2. Prepare bonding surfaces (areas B).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.

3. Apply 2-component adhesive as adhesive bead (height approx. 12 mm, width approx. 8 to 10 mm) to center roof paneling (1) (areas C) in crosshatched areas.

   Do not apply adhesive to contact surfaces on bracket (4).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.

4. Install center roof paneling (1), fit with spacer blocks and fix in place with suitable tool (arrows).

   When removing, observe specified dimensions and positions of spacer blocks. When removing, observe dimensions from outer edge of center roof paneling to outer edge of front and rear roof carrier.

   MODEL 222

   without CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)

   without CODE Z07 (Top protection)

   Insert roof carrier mounts (2) and tighten nuts (3).

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.

2. 5.2 MODEL 222

   with CODE Z07 (Top protection)

   without CODE 413 (Automatic panoramic sliding sunroof)

   Insert roof carrier mounts (2) and tighten bolts.

   Observe processing specifications of adhesive.
