Install Front Roof Frame - Ar65.20-P-1006-05LWR

Model 205.4 

The following steps are shown on the left side of the vehicle and must be performed analogously on the right side in the event of damage.

1. Install mounting console (2) and roof frame with portal bracket, fit and fix in place.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

2. Drill rivet holes on mounting console (2) with 0 6, 7 mm bit (area E).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

3. Remove mounting console (2) and roof frame.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

4. Drill rivet holes in mounting console (2) and deburr on body on both sides.

5. Apply 2-component adhesive to body in crosshatched areas (areas F).

   When replacing mounting console.

   Observe pretreatment of bonding surfaces and manufacturer's specifications for drying and processing time of 2-component adhesive.

6. Install mounting console (2), fit and fix in place.

   When replacing mounting console (2).

7. Rivet mounting console (2) with Ø 6.5x12.5 rivets (area E i). 

   When replacing mounting console (2).

   Clamping range 3 mm.

8. Mounting console (2) (areas D).

   When replacing mounting console (2).

9. Install roof frame (1) with portal bracket, fit and fix in place.
10. Roof frame (1) (areas A).
11. Roof frame (1) (areas B).
