KEYLESS-GO Door Handle, Basic Function - GF80.61-P-2003A

Model all (CAR) with code 889 (KEYLESS-GO) 

Location 

The respective KEYLESS-GO door handle (1) is located on the outside of the corresponding door.

Location 

Depending on the model series, the outside door handle is flush with the door and extendable.

When not in use and while the vehicle is in motion, the outside door handle is retracted so that it is flush with the door. The outside door handle moves by means of an electric motor in a parallel extend movement into its usage position.

Structure 

The following components are integrated in the KEYLESS-GO door handle:

The electronic ignition lock control unit or the KEYLESS-GO control unit reads in the sensor signals in a model-dependent manner.

The model-dependent outside door handle lightings are actuated by the respective door control unit.
