| 2 | Press both catch hooks (2) together and at the same time press from above on the corresponding head restraint guide (1) (arrows A) | The catch hooks (2) are accessible via the opening (arrow B). |

| 3 | Remove head restraint guide (1) downwards | ||
| Install | |||
| 4 | Insert head restraint guide (1) from below into crossmember and engage | Ensure bulb is correctly installed. For each head restraint, two different head restraint guides (1) are installed. The head restraint guide (1) with a lock must always be installed on the right. |
