Assign the spreader tool as shown in the graphic:

Spreader tool (01) (724 589 00 37 01)
Spreader tool (02) (724 589 00 37 02)
Spreader tool (03) (724 589 00 37 03)

Check whether the spreader tools (01, 02, 03) are fully detensioned at the side screws (1); detension if necessary.
Attach/detach the spreader tools (01, 02, 03) only when released.

Otherwise the transmission housing (27G) will be damaged.
Insert the spreader tools (01, 02, 03) into the openings of the transmission housing (27G) as shown in the picture.
The spreader tools (01, 02, 03) must point toward the center of the respective shaft.
Lock the spreader tools (01, 02, 03) on the transmission housing (27G) by turning the upper screws (2).
Unlock the retaining rings (3) by turning the side screw (1) of the spreader tools (01, 02, 03).
