Use the following special tools: assembly device (027), assembly device (027W)

Attach assembly device (027) to assembly stand (011).
Secure housing support (027G) of assembly device (027) at automatic transmission (27).
The housing support (027G) is the part from the assembly device (027) with end number 03.
Hook boom crane onto lifting lug (1) and position automatic transmission (27) on assembly device (027).
Commercially available devices/tools

Boom crane

Ensure housing support (027G) is correctly seated on assembly device (027) and tighten clamp screws.
Attach automatic transmission (27) together with housing support (027G) to assembly device (027) using boom crane and tighten screws.
Perform operation steps 5 to 9 to remove the shaft package or transmission housing.
Move supports on assembly device (027W) into basic position. To do so, lift safety pins (3) and slide support to center of assembly device (027W).

Attach assembly device (027W) to assembly device (027) and automatic transmission (27).
Secure assembly device (027W) to assembly device (027) using clamp screws (027S) and clamping supports (027K).
Rotate assembly device (027) through 180°.
Remove transmission housing.
If necessary, move shafts and gearshifts apart.

To do so, pull the locking pin (3) upwards and slide the support outwards.
