| 2.1 | Drill plastic spot welds (3). | If armrest (2) has been plastics welded. Observe drilling and cutting depth. Armrest (2) or beltline trim (1) can otherwise be damaged by drilling through. Use spot facer, M4 according to DIN 373 with head diameter 8 mm and pin diameter 3.3 mm. Cordless drill/screwdriver If plastic flowed into the plastic spot welds (3) during welding, ↓ redrill plastic spot welds (3) with a drill bit Ø 3.5 mm. |

| 2.2 | Remove screws from plastic spot welds (3). | If armrest (2) has been screwed on. | |
| 3 | Release catch hooks (4) and remove beltline trim (1) from armrest (2). | ||

| 4 | Position beltline trim (1) on armrest (2) and clip in catch hooks (4). | ||
